      We love painting murals that bring joy and color to spaces that truly appreciate the magic of art. While we’re open to all kinds of creative ideas, we reserve the right to politely decline projects that don’t quite fit our vision. We’re all about painting murals that will brighten up community spaces and make a lasting impact! 😊✨

Now, let's talk about that thing everyone wonders about—pricing. 🤑

Square footage pricing? Meh, not our favorite. Why? Well, the range is massive. For example:
🔹 Yesterday, I sent out a mural proposal for over $100 per square foot.
🔹 But a set of easy to paint windows for your storefront? Would only $8.50 per square foot—seriously, that's cheaper than vinyl.

 

So, why the huge range? 🤔

Here’s the lowdown on what affects mural pricing:

1. Complexity – Flat colors and simple designs? Easy peasy. But intricate, detailed work? That’s a whole different story.

2. Quantity – More windows = more opportunities to bust out the big rollers and knock out base coats fast. Efficiency = savings!

3. Accessibility – If I’m 50 feet up on a scissor lift or working with a boom, the price climbs right along with me! 🚡

4. Red Tape – COI, DIR, licenses, contracts... 📝 If there's a mountain of paperwork involved, the price tag goes up. Simple math.

5. Chill Factor – Let’s be real, cool clients get cool discounts! If we vibe, the project flows smoother, revisions are fun, and we all leave with smiles. 😎

 

So, instead of square footage, I charge based on time—how many days the project will take and the effort involved. Outdoor murals high in the sky? Expect a higher rate. A cozy indoor mural with AC and your adorable dog? Maybe a little less. 🐶

 

At the end of the day, it’s about balance. We want to feel great about the work we are doing, and we want you to feel stoked about the masterpiece you’re getting for a fair price. If we both feel like artistic dreams came true, then it’s a win-win. 🙌
